Fees run 20 to 30% of comp, so nominating an engineer into a $1M total-comp role means $50K to $120K to you, on that nomination alone. No spam, no spray-and-pray.

Your annual quota is 3 nominations. Each placement we make earns you a credit back, and the quota resets every January 1. Be precious — nominator quality is the entire signal. Nominees do not need to be notified by you; we handle outreach.
